Liftmaster 115v Hoist Logic
Operator comes included with
an emergency chain hoist that has electric interlock which made it a compact
design. It has also an adjustable friction clutch with a standardized solenoid
brake and a high starting torque motor.
Overhead Door RHX on the other hand can be the following Heavy Duty Commercial Operators:
sectional doors, rolling steel doors, motor and an on board radio
receiver.
Sectional doors feature a side mount,
dual trolley applications and applies standard commercial uses. Models
also include a DC brake system with a direct couple to the door shaft hoist or
a side-mount and center-mount chain. A hoist model can be adjustable in the
field whether it be for left or right-handed.
Rolling steel doors have hoist, on top
or front hood and wall-mount or bench mount applications. When in the field,
hoist models are left or right-hand adjustable.
Motors are available in ½, ¾, 1 and 3
horsepower from single or three phase. Available models include totally
enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) or totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC)
construction units.
On Board Radio Receiver allows radio
functionality to jobs without additional cost for its receiver. It stores up to
250 CodeDodger transmitters such as new commercial dual frequency cycling
versions.
Heavy Duty Commercial Operators feature drive reduction, direct coupling (for sectional doors), brake
system, clutch (with standardized trolley and an optional hoist), cycle
counter, adjustable shaft, trolley rail assembly, warranty, easy limit setting
with limit lock, voltage freedom with voltamatic, extra door system durability
with progressive braking, easy installation and trouble-shooting with 16
character LCD display, an advanced radio receiver system with auto seek
frequency range, and true gear head system.
Medium-Duty Commercial
Operator in contrast, has the
following features:
It's motors are single-phased voltages
of 115 and 230 volts AC ½ horsepower. Its direct coupling provide a fast and
easy installation of fewer parts and better structural support. It displays a
16-character LCD which provides easily read set ups and with backlight for
low-light condition diagnostics. The cycle counter or Medium-Duty Commercial
Operator shows logged cycles in total over its lifetime to
support service and warranty functions. To provide flexible installation
options, it has a movable adjustable shaft. It also includes independent timers
which allows inspection when the preset run time is exceeded and automatic
maximum run timer stops. Control systems make set up and testing
simple. Automatic set-up boards with socket lock protection averts accidental
wiring errors. It also include control buttons, automatic tensioning belt and
exterior radio hook-ups.
Overad
Door RSX, Standard Duty Commercial Operator consists of mounting sectional doors, rolling steel doors, motor
and on board radio receiver. It also features drive reduction, direct coupling,
mechanical brake system, clutch, cycle counter, adjustable shat, trolley rail
assembly, nema 4/4x operators, warranty, models, easy limit setting with limity
lock, voltage freedom with voltamatic, extra door system durability with
